About Me

I was a co-founder of a women’s healthcare company focusing on midlife women.  Most of my time was spent with doctors, developing content, in both Eastern and Western medicine, including Deepak Chopra M.D., trying to help women navigate this time of life.

In 2000 I had my daughter, and my son was born 2 years later.  I stopped working to become a full-time stay-at-home mom to raise my children.  This was a huge transition, but something I value and believe is the most important job we have. Before long, the 1-2 years I was going to take off turned into 10.

As my kids got more independent, in 2013 I started writing a column, Rant with Randi, in a local paper that focused on anything having to do with being a parent.   After some time, I decided to get a “fun” job and realized that I love the store Anthropologie

On a whim, I applied for a job and became a stylist almost immediately.  My joy came from the happiness women felt when they left the fitting room with a smile on their faces.

In my self-discovery…

…I realized that I have always worked with women throughout my career.

Through Jay Shetty's Coaching style and his focus on serving others, I found a way to funnel my passion and energy, to help women of all ages put tools in their toolboxes to lead a more fulfilling life.

My passion is helping women of all ages navigate the pressure of social media, school, family, work, and everyday life. My journey didn’t end there. I started giving talks to girls, and their moms. I found my true passion being on-stage sharing the knowledge that I’ve gained working with this generation. I think we all have so much to learn, and there is room for growth in all of us:) My philosophy is simple - When we know better, we do better - No judgment!

…Enter pickelball, a game that I began a few years ago. When I first walked on the courts, I thought it wouldn’t be a fair fight. I saw people much older than me, wearing braces and barely moving. I figured I could crush my competition, and boy, did they school me. I was humbled very quickly and learned lessons on the court that translated into my coaching work. That is how I came up with the Pickleball Parenting Method, which I use when I work with clients to help parents stop parenting from fear, and start to use a strategic method that empowers them, all through the lens of pickleball.
